1.17 वितर्क आत्मज्ञानम् ॥१७॥ vitarka ātmajñānam sūtra vitarkaḥ — (firm) recognitive cognition, reflective certainty ; ātma-jñānam — knowledge of the Self Right awareness (vitarka) is knowledge of the Self.
