Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra1.52

1.52
भक्त्युद्रेकाद्विरक्तस्य यादृशी जायते मतिः । सा शक्तिः शाङ्करी नित्यं भवयेत्तां ततः शिवः ॥५२॥
bhaktyudrekād viraktasya yādṛśī jāyate matiḥ | sā śaktiḥ śāṅkarī nityaṃ bhavayet tāṃ tataḥ śivaḥ
anuṣṭubh
— from an upsurge of devotion ; — of one who is dispassionate ; — whatever kind of ; — arises ; — thought/conviction ; — that is the Power of Śaṅkara ; — always ; — one should cultivate her ; — thence (one becomes) Śiva

Whatever insight arises in a detached one through the surge of devotion — that is the Śakti of Śaṅkara. One should constantly contemplate her, and thereby become Śiva.
