आधारेष्वथवाशक्त्या ज्ञानाद्वा देशकल्पनात् । उज्जाते शक्तिसंशोभे शान्ते पश्चात्तदा भवेत् ॥९५॥

ādhāreṣv athavāśaktyā jñānād vā deśakalpanāt | ujjāte śaktisaṃśobhe śānte paścāt tadā bhavet

— on supports ; — or through inability ; — from knowledge ; — or ; — from imagining a place ; — when the splendor of Śakti has arisen ; — afterward, when (it is) pacified, then (the supreme state) arises

Whether through (concentration upon) the bodily supports, through one's own incapacity, knowledge, or imagined place — when the Śakti's agitation arises and is then pacified, then That comes.
