Vijñāna Bhairava Tantra1.45

सर्वतः स्वशरीरस्य द्वादशान्ते मनोलयात् । दृढबुद्धेर्दृढीभूतं तत्त्वलक्ष्यं प्रवर्तते ॥४५॥
sarvataḥ svaśarīrasya dvādaśānte manolayāt | dṛḍhabuddher dṛḍhībhūtaṃ tattvalakṣyaṃ pravartate
anuṣṭubh
— on all sides ; — of one's own body ; — at the twelve-end (dvādaśānta) ; — by absorption of the mind ; — for one of firm intellect ; — becomes firmly established ; — the goal of Reality ; — rolls forth

By absorbing the mind from every side of one's own body at the dvādaśānta, for one of firm conviction, the target — Reality — becomes firmly manifest.
